Operation Bootstrap operates on donations from the community. If you’re considering a monetary donation, please check with your employer to see if they have a matching donation program.

Besides monetary donations, we accept donations of:

  • Food (not outdated/expired, please) In season produce is also welcomed.
  • Clothing - winter coats and boots, gloves, hats, gently used work clothing and kids clothing, shoes, etc. All used clothing should be laundered before donating.
  • Household goods – small appliances like microwaves, toaster ovens, coffee makers, etc, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, etc.
  • Bedding – clean and in usable condition. Sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.
  • Bikes – in working order
  • Furniture – If you have furniture, large appliances or matresses/box springs to donate, please email operation.bootstrap.furniture@gmail.com. Our furniture coordinator will match your item with one of our clients and arrange for pick up.
